Since the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s regime on 8 December 2024, Syria has entered a complex and fragile transition marked by political restructuring, social fragmentation, and competing visions for governance. The Arab Reform Initiative follows this evolving process with a focus on accountability, inclusion, and local empowerment as cornerstones for sustainable recovery.
