Elia Ayoub is a Brighton-based writer and post-doctoral researcher from Ain Saadeh, Lebanon. He is the founder of The Fire These Times and co-founder of the From The Periphery Media Collective. He runs the Hauntologies newsletter featuring commentary on the Mashriq region and beyond. He previously lived in Beirut, London, Edinburgh and Geneva.
