Hassan is a senior energy, environment and climate policy and economics professional with 20+ years of experience working for and/or advising governments, UN agencies, and multinational clients across Europe and the Arab region through my position at UNDP Lebanon, UNDP Sustainable Energy Hub & Regional Hub for Arab States, and through private sector management and boutique consultancies. I have a PhD in Sustainable Energy Policy and Economics and double Masters in Transportation Sciences and Environmental Policy & Economics.
