Imru Al Qays Talha Jebril
Imru Al Qays Talha Jebril, is a binational from Moroccan and Sudan, he is a fellow researcher with the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA) and the Co-Founder of A&K Advisors a Research and Advisory firm located in Ifrane, Morocco. A resourceful researcher with extensive experience in conducting large scale qualitative and quantitative research in Morocco. A public policy expert, having worked as an advisor to the High Commissioner for Planning in foresight and intelligence. He is also a workshop facilitator in the topic of Open Government Partnership (OGP) and Design Thinking. Imru Al Qays has partnered with institutions such as MIPA, University of Oxford, USAID and CARE to conduct studies on trust in media and institutions, OGP, gender focused development projects and provided general public policy advice to various ministries in Morocco. Imru Al Qays holds a Bachelors from Al Akhawayn University, and was a Chevening Scholarship Recipient for his MA in International law at the University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).
