
Berfin Necimoğlu
Arab Reform Initiative Team
Berfin Necimoğlu is a Programme Coordinator at the Arab Reform Initiative overseeing the Youth Political Participation programme along with ARI’s several initiatives like the Non-Resident Fellowship and Internships. She holds a BA in Social Sciences and a Master’s in International Security from Sciences Po Paris, specializing in Diplomacy and the MENA region. Berfin previously interned at ARI, contributing to the launch of several programs, including the Observatory of Political Economy, and also worked at the OECD in the Public Affairs and Communications Directorate. She received her Master’s thesis on the decline of military influence in Turkey at Sciences Po in 2021 and is currently pursuing a PhD on Turkish civil-military relations at King’s College London.
