Charlotte Dib is Finance & Compliance Manager at the Arab Reform Initiative. She holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Balamand and is a certified auditor. With over 15 years of experience, she has served as chief accountant, financial controller, and project finance and compliance manager for both local and international NGOs. In addition to her professional work, Charlotte is active in community service in Lebanon, leading the ladies & social work branches of the Orthodox Youth Movement. She also runs “Mercy Gift,” an online shop that sells new and used items to raise funds for supporting the elderly and vulnerable.
